Sahar Paz, Houston author, speaker, and life coach shares the stage with nationally known speakers to share her own story of triumph.

HOUSTON (October 8th 2015) Every year, 500 high-potential women come together at an annual conference titled Emerging Woman Live to gain inspiration from groundbreaking pioneers like Arianna Huffington, Brené Brown, and the late Maya Angelou.

This year, Houstonian, Sahar Paz, author of Find Your Voice, will be joining the line up of famous speakers and sharing her story to inspire others.  In 1986 Paz’s family fled from Iran to the United States. Paz, a child at the time, no longer had to worry about bombings and living in a physical war zone but the war zone inside herself persisted. This led to a myriad of self-destructive behaviors throughout her teens and twenties, which placed her on a death bed in 2005. Paz uses her story to teach others how to free themselves from their own mental slavery. Paz’s book, Find Your Voice, and its accompanying coaching program, guide women to step into their full power by embracing their most authentic voice.

The Emerging Woman Live Conference takes place in San Francisco and begins Thursday October 8th through Sunday, October 11th. Though tickets are sold out the conference will be live streamed and available for 30 days after the conference concludes.

Sahar Paz is a survivor and change master, dedicated to transforming the lives of teens and women through her work as a speaker, author, yoga instructor and life coach. Paz’s first love is dance. She enjoys the arts and spending time with her family in Houston, where she resides with her boyfriend and dog, Rico.
